Together with technicians from Bricasti, the world market leader in reverbs, we have created a convincing simulation of real ‘concert hall’ sound with completely new algorithms. We add this sound during the finishing stages of recording production. This allows us the possibility of making real ‘concert hall recordings’ in our own studio! Not only in stereo but also in multichannel/surround DXD/DSD, a totally new and innovative development which we created on site.
By combining these developments with specially curated microphone techniques we have created a sound with a real sense of space, which is indistinguishable from real concert hall sound. Studio van Schuppen has specially developed this one-of-a-kind technique, which has achieved impressive results.
